Mental Health: Paying It Forward

Our involvement in mental health is driven by the desire to help and pay it forward. We found a way to get involved by creating the role of the "Cuddler" (câlineur)—an employee dedicated to the comfort and well-being of animals waiting for their turn. These employees have improved the quality of life at the salon, and the salon, in turn, has increased their personal happiness index. Their families are grateful for their integration into the workforce.

We hope that through our involvement, we will influence other business people to make a place for them in their companies. We also aim to improve the well-being and function of society by highlighting the strengths and resources of these people who are SIMPLY DIFFERENT.
