Annie Perron

• Owner and Grooming Technician since 2014

A visionary and businesswoman, her journey is marked by great ideas. As the head of a team of 12 people, this mother of 4 and 3x grandmother demands nothing less than perfection—the salon's signature must be impeccable. Her passions are dogs, grooming, and cottage life.

She is dedicated to the cause of intellectual disabilities. This is why the grooming salon allows 3 people with differences to integrate into the job market (Cuddlers and Assistants).

Her heart and generosity make her an exceptional person.

 

Hélène Beaudoin

• Grooming Technician since 2002, member of our team since 2014

She is largely responsible for the salon's success. Gentle, cheerful, and devoted to her work, she is highly appreciated by her clients. Loyal and faithful, her tenderness toward animals allows her to take on the challenges of even the most difficult grooms.

Clients call her: "the lady in pink" or "Madame Chat" (Mrs. Cat).

Her return home is always marked by good cheer, as she is greeted by her 4 domestic cats and her Shetland dog, Sandale.

Samuel Ouellet

• Assistant Groomer and Cuddler, member of our team since 2017

The gentle and discreet Samuel arrived here as a Cuddler (part of the integration program for people with differences). But time has done its work, and Samuel has courageously climbed the ranks, overcoming the difficulties associated with the autism spectrum (Asperger's) that he lives with. He is now a certified assistant groomer with a diploma from the school board. His job is to wash/dry the dogs and cuddle the most anxious ones. Learned and passionate about reading, Samuel keeps us all informed.

Rachel Langevin

• Grooming Technician since 2019

Rachel is our busy bee. She sees to everything and sets the pace for the workday. If you tell us the salon is clean and smells good, it's thanks to her—everything is in order and in its place.

Her exemplary welcome makes your experience with us a happy moment.

She started as a volunteer in 2018 and then completed her grooming training. It was impossible not to add her to the team; her talent and personality complement the team wonderfully. She is also an excellent mother to her son, Jackson.

Simon Paquin  

• Cuddler since 2015

The most popular employee is Simon, our Cuddler, who enthusiastically greets clients. Proud of doing things well, he is gentle and calm.

He comes to cuddle the dogs who are waiting for their groom or their owner. We affectionately call him "Vitamin S." He laughs a lot, teases us, and offers us many gifts. We are happy with his evolution here. He is part of the salon's DNA. He paved the way and opened our hearts to people who are simply different.

Noémie Morin

• Grooming Technician

Our beautiful, ambitious team member who knows how to achieve her dreams.

A member of our team since March 2025, she won our friendship with great ease.

A family woman, she makes time for her loved ones. She is generous with her weekly plasma donations and is always available to lend a hand or find solutions.

We can't do without her!

Winter, our Goldendoodle

• Greeter Dog, member of the team since January 2018

This greeter dog is trained for agility at work. His job is to pick up towels from the cages and take them to the laundry, pick up anything that falls from the grooming tables, offer treats to clients, sweep the floor, take selfies with clients, and keep them company while they wait.

He can say hello and thank clients.

His feather-soft fur is impressive, and he calms the most anxious dogs. His presence is therapeutic because he is so warm and endearing. He knows how to be a clown by covering his eyes with his paw and waving goodbye. Quite the dog!
